Key Parts

Fitting Body: Main housing with a seat for ferrules and a male-threaded end.

Front Ferrule: Seals tightly against the tube and fitting body to prevent leaks.

Back Ferrule: Grips the tubing securely and prevents pull-out.

Nut: Tightening the nut compresses the ferrules, forming the metal-to-metal seal.
This double ferrule system is stronger and more reliable than a single-ferrule fitting, especially in high-pressure or critical systems.
🧱 How It Works-
Slide on Nut and Ferrules: Place the nut, back ferrule, and front ferrule onto the tube.

Insert Tube: Push the tube fully into the fitting body until it seats properly.

Tighten Nut: Using a wrench, tighten the nut. The back ferrule bites into the tube and pushes the front ferrule forward.

Seal & Grip: Creates a metal-to-metal seal that resists leaks, vibration, and pull-out.
💡 No welding, brazing, or special tools are needed—just a standard wrench.

SS316: High corrosion resistance, ideal for chemical, marine, or harsh environments.
