1. What Is a Threaded Union?
A threaded union is a 3-piece fitting designed for joining two male-threaded pipe ends, where the union can be removed and re-tightened without rotating the pipe.
🔩 Components:| Part | Function |

| Male End | One side threads onto one pipe. |
| Female End | Other side threads onto another pipe. |

The union nut draws the two ends together when tightened and allows the joint to be disassembled easily.
